Description

A pale beige border blends gently into the natural jute centre, giving this fringed jute rug a soft, understated finish. Subtle variations in the handwoven surface add character to the neutral palette, and the loose fringes bring a relaxed, traditional touch. The light, earthy tones sit naturally alongside pale oak, linen upholstery and cream interiors.

Measuring 60 × 90 cm, this small jute rug is a practical accent beside a bed, near a reading chair or in a compact entrance. The 85% jute and 15% cotton-linen blend retains the distinctive, slightly coarse texture of jute, with a gentler feel underfoot than a pure jute weave.

This jute-rich blend gives you the dry, tactile texture people like about jute, softened slightly so it feels a bit kinder underfoot than 100% jute and sits more easily in everyday spaces. The look stays warm, structured and natural, bringing texture to the floor without a busy pattern.

Jute gives the weave its hard-wearing character, while the softer blend takes the edge off the rougher feel pure jute can sometimes have. Best for dry indoor areas.
